Okay, so mission 9 was up for a bit but for some reason CP took it down. I'll be able to post a guide very soon. And since I'm not done my other guides, it will only appear here first. Later on after I'm done the 8th mission guide the 9th one will appear on the list. I will post the guide as soon as possible (when CP puts it back on). I belive you have to find out herbert (polar bear)s location or something. Of course the PSA has been putting a lot of secrets up lately to test you good eye. P.S.
